1001 Nights

The 1001 Nights is the symbol of infinity. It is a story within a story which is within another story - a web that is interwoven and has infinite links (like www- world wide web).

It sings of love, revenge, despair, illusion and magic. It is a journey that continues forever into the depths of your soul. It heals, redeems, educates, and envelopes all of humanity. It encompasses the vast lands from India - Afghanistan - Persia - Arabia
.

The King, furious and angered by his wife's disloyality, takes revenge on all female by taking a virgin to bed at night and killing her at daybreak. In order to put a stop to this madness, Scheherazade, offers herself to the king. She spends the night with him but starts to tell a story before daybreak.
The story is so compelling that the king longs to hear the end of it so he allows her to live another day. Thus 1001 nights pass by. The story continues and continues.

Finally the king realizes his mistake and how hatred brings forth nothing but lonliness and sadness. Through her words he realizes how everything in life is interwoven and how life goes on.
