Dear Friends:
End of June is here and winter is starting. (remember I live in the southern hemisphere) Cold days continue.

After being in Japan for 5 weeks in April-May I returned to Australia and Jorg & I took off in 2 days to Shark Bay which is on the north western coast of Australia. It takes 3 days to just get there with the Dimona.

We had all kinds of weather which tried to prevent us from going, but we made it. Shark Bay was beautiful except the weather conditions were totally unsuitable for the project.

We extended our stay for 3 extra days to wait for the weather and finally on the last day, the clouds dispersed and the perfect weather conditons arrived. Then we rushed to Dalhousie Springs for another survey. And then finally we came back to Adelaide on the first of June.
Then we left for Europe on the 14th for my performance at Roland and Sylvie Issenlor's International Exposition of Painting, Photography and Ceramics. The location was Guebwiller in Alsace in his home. The large garden was like a enchanted garden filled with sculptures and paintings everywhere. I danced at the opening of the exposition which will go on till end of august. I danced to the Gypsy Band, Jazz Manouche of Mito Loeffner. It was cold and raining but while I danced the sun came out. In the evening they hosted a wonderful dinner for all the artists. (Photos)

We were planning to stay another couple days in Europe but alas, the Chilean volcanic ash had traveled around the world and ended up in Australia shutting down most of the major airports in Australia and creating chaos. Jorg was immediately called back to work on that. So the next day we were heading back already. Well, at least there was no time for a jet lag.

And so here we are in Tasmania chasing the ash.
Volcanos, earthquakes, tsunamis. fires and floods.
According to the Vedas, Kali Yuga, the age of destruction has arrived.
I think the earth is trying to tell us something.
What it is -- we will eventually find out.
